ساخت و تحویل2 فروند قایق آلومینیومی بازرسی ازکشتی­های نفتکش در جزیره خارک و بندرطاهری (بوشهر)

      به این وسیله به اطلاع می­رساند سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی در نظر دارد ساخت ،حمل وتحویل2 فروند قایق آلومینیومی بازرسی ازکشتی­های نفتکش در جزیره خارک و بندرطاهری (بوشهر)را به روش ارزیابی­کیفی و از طریق مناقصه عمومی بین المللی اقدام نماید.

   * لذا بمنظور ارزیابی­کیفی سازندگان، از کلیه شرکتهای داخلی و خارجی دعوت بعمل می­آید جهت دریافت CD حاوی فایل فرم­های ارزیابی­کیفی ونمونه اسناد مناقصه ، با ارائه معرفی نامه کتبی و اصل فیش بانکی به مبلغ 200،000 ریال واریزی به حساب سیبا شماره 2176459001009 بانک ملی­ایران بنام سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی، حداکثر تا روز دوشنبهشنبه تاریخ 31/5/90 برابر با مطابق با 22^th/Aug /2011   به دبیرخانه مرکزی این سازمان به نشانی ذیل مراجعه و یا تا تاریخ مقرر شده فوق از طریق وبگاه IETS.MPORG.IR اقدام نمایند.

  * محل و مهلت تسلیم اسناد و مدارک و کاربرگ­های تکمیل شده ارزیابی کیفی : اداره کل تأمین و نگهداری تجهیزات واقع در طبقه پنجم سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی و تا پایان وقت اداری روز  چهارشنبه تاریخ  30/6/90 مطابق با 21^th/Sep/2011   می­باشد . تأکید می­گردد در مقابل تحویل اسناد تکمیلی رسید دریافت دارید.

  *در ضمن اولین جلسه پرسش و پاسخ رأس ساعت 10 صبح روز سه شنبه تاریخ 1/06/90 برابر
 با 23^th/Aug /2011 در محل اداره کل تأمین و نگهداری تجهیزات تشکیل شده و حضور نمایندگان مطلع فنی و بازرگانی کلیه شرکتهای سازنده تجهیزات مذکور که تمایل به شرکت درارزیابی کیفی مناقصه را دارند با دردست داشتن معرفی نامه کتبی ضروری می­باشد.

Quality Assessment Announcement for

Construction, Shipping and delivery of two Aluminum Crew Boat units for inspection of oil tankers at Khark Island and Taheri port (Bushehr)

     This is hereby to announce that Ports & Maritime Organization (PMO) of I.R.Iran intends to proceed with Construction, Shipment and

delivery of two Aluminium Crew Boat units for inspection of oil tankers at Khark Island and Taheri port (Bushehr)based on the quality assessment procedure and through A public  international  tender.

    *Therefore, in order to carry out the quality assessment, all local and foreigner manufacturer companies are invited to refer either to the central secretariat of the PMO, at the below mentioned address and upon presenting an introduction letter and the original bank receipt of 200,000 Iranian Rials  paid to the  Siba  account No. 2176459001009 by Bank Melli Iran.to receive a CD containing the Quality Assessment Forms and tender documents or  the relevant website, IETS.MPORG.IR    maximum till Monday 22^th/Aug /2011 .

     *Place and deadline for submitting the documents and completed forms: Directory General of Equipment Supply & Maintenance at the 5^th floor of the PMO building and to the last working hour on Wednesday 21^th/Sep/2011 .

     It should be emphasized is to emphasize again that the relevant receipt against submitting of the said documents and forms must be kept for further steps.

      *Meanwhile, the first question & answer session will be held at 10 A.M
 on Tuesday 23^th/Aug /2011 at the Directory General for Equipment Supply & Maintenance office and attendance of the informed technical and commercial representatives of all manufacturer companies of the aforementioned equipment which are willing to participate in quality assessment of tender is obligatory (together with a written introduction letter).
