در محل اداره کل ­تأمین ­و نگهداری ­تجهیزات­ تشکیل ­شده و حضور نمایندگان مطلع فنی و بازرگانی کلیه شرکت های سازنده تجهیزات مذکور که تمایل به شرکت در ارزیابی کیفی مناقصه را دارند با دردست داشتن معرفی نامه­ کتبی ضروری می­باشد.
