Eslami referred to the situation of the maritime transport industry in recent

up to sanctions, which fortunately was achieved through cooperation and
teamwork.
The Deputy of Maritime Affairs of the Ports and Maritime Organization
mentioned the outbreak of Corona as another problem of the maritime industry in
recent times and said: the maritime industry remained active Despite the
problems for the maritime personnel and their health, the long stay of
seafarers at sea and the lack of measures for easy crew change in different
countries
The Deputy of Maritime Affairs of the Maritime Ports
Organization added: The Maritime Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran needed to
be revised, which conducted with the collective opinion of the country's
maritime sectors, and a new maritime law called the Iranian Commercial Shipping
Law was approved and promulgated.
