Shipyard to be established in Anzali Port

PMO News Portal - On the sideline of the signing of an investment memorandum for the construction and operation of a shipyard in Anzali port complex, Hamidreza Abaei; The Director General of Gilan Ports and Maritime Administration, stated that: In this site, construction and repair of ships such as cargo, service and passenger vessels will be executed.

He added: about 14000 billion Rls. worth of investment in this sector will realize the capacities of Anzali port and we will experience an increase in shipbuilding capacity in the Caspian Sea region and a huge job creation for Bandar Anzali city and Gilan province.

Director general of ports and Maritime of Gilan also highlighted: with the launch of this shipyard, jobs will be created for 250 skilled engineers.
