Khorramshahr Port and Maritime Affairs stated that the Khorramshahr Port to
Kuwait passenger line, which was active on a weekly basis before the outbreak
of the Corona virus, resumed after a two-year break.
"According to the agreements and plans made between
Khorramshahr port and Kuwait, the trip will be carried out by Brillian
passenger ship on a regular and weekly basis (departure to Kuwait on Saturdays
and Wednesdays and arrival in Khorramshahr port on Sundays and
Thursdays)." Asadi added.
The Director General of Khorramshahr Port and Maritime emphasized
that the passengers are required to present vaccination card and a negative PCR
test while boarding, and they must follow all health protocols during the trip.
The Persian Gulf Maritime Passenger Terminal in
Khorramshahr, as one of the largest and most modern maritime terminals in the
country and the region, with an area of 6,000 square meters, has two berths
and a daily capacity of 1,200 people.
