She added: It should be noted that the participation of the
Ports and Maritime Organization in allocating transportation subsidies to
exporters is of great importance, which ultimately leads to the prosperity of
activities and trade exchanges in maritime transport.
The current situation shows that the focus of Iran's
cooperation with Syria in the field of sea and port is growing, and several
transport companies with different capacities are present in this field.
Port and maritime cooperation between Iran and Syria has
been increasing in recent years, which creates more fundamental grounds in the
development of relations. establishing a sisterhood between the port of Imam Khomeini
and the port of Latakia is a big step in this regard \. The development of
these collaborations requires the continuation of interactions and the increase
of related investments in the field of port infrastructure.
