PMO News Portal – Regarding this project, Adel Deris stated that
this oil terminal has been constructed in an area of 18 thousand and 860 square
meters in Imam port complex hinterland with an initial investment of 350
billion Rls. and has reached the operational stage.
He added: This project includes 3 fixed-roof tanks for heavy
products with a nominal capacity of 30776 cubic meters and 2 tanks with movable
inner roofs for light products (diesel and naphtha) with a nominal capacity of
16,000 cubic meters.
The Director General of Khuzestan Ports and Maritime Affairs
mentioned the adoption of necessary measures for the development of this
terminal as one of the future plans and concluded: the storage tanks of
petroleum products have been constructed by the private sector with an annual
capacity of 124,000 tons.
