The setting up of PIANC InCom Working Group 255 on ‘Structural Re-assessment of Existing (IW) Hydraulic Structures’, has duly been approved as well as its terms of reference, which are herewith enclosed. we kindly ask you to proceed and appoint your representatives before 20 April 2024. Recently, ExCom has adopted a new procedure for appointing Working Group members, please have a look at the attached file. Please note when adding your representatives, you will also be asked to add a short cv of the candidate together with a letter of appointment. Besides applying for membership of this Working Group, interested candidates can also put forward their candidacy to chair the WG (please contact Mr Golabek in this regard). Qualifying Members and National Sections can also appoint an additional expert, being a young professional, who can participate in the Working Group activities. Furthermore, I would like to remind you that Working Group Members should either be Individual Member of PIANC, working for a Corporate Member or Platinum Partner, be an invited expert or a be a member of a Sister Organization. ِِِDownload TOR here
