1- Written request of the employer with an authorized signature (Appendix No. 2)
2- Original and image of activity license
3- The latest notice of company changes
4- The original passport of the foreign national and its image
5- The visa and its image
6- Photograph of diplomas that has been approved by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the respective country ( one to two months)
7- 2 newly takenphotos
8- Submitting a letter of recommendation from an authorized official of a legal entity
9- Completing the form related to the employer's commitment (Appendix No. 3)
10- Financial confirmation related to the cost of issuing documents
