Service description
This service is provided for licensing and issuing cards for drivers and operators and identification cards for vehicles, equipment and machinery in the special economic zones for more than one month (temporary license plate for up to 3 months and permanent license plate for 3 to 12 months)

User ID of the Ports and maritime Organization, qualification certificate (including: exploitation license and delivery and transfer order of imported items or entry permit, activity license, ownership document), driver or operator license, national driver or operator card, legal documents of the vehicle (technical inspection, Safety certificate, third party insurance and civil liability), financial confirmation of payment of documents
